Re: Lab Improvement Notes Should add some verbiage in the netscan lab about the active/scheduled/history tab Re: Lab Improvement Notes We have the students go through the one device expert mode in Resources and Groups, but don’t talk about it in the training Re: Welcome and Introduction Mark, congratulations to you as well. Outstanding both of you! Re: Welcome and Introduction Jared, that is outstanding news! Congratulations on passing the LMCI Re: Introduce Yourself! @chris.lenz the top three things fortailgating are brats, burgers and beer. I’d do meat pies, which would be more appropriate for rugby, but no oven in the Sprinter and microwaved pies don’t quite cut it. Welcome and Introduction Hello students and welcome to the LMCI training Community Group. We want this to be an open forum for seeking assistance from the instructors and others in the class, and a general group discussion area for any items related to the LMCI Boot Camp. We invite, and ask for, professional discussions and debates from you all. My name is Barry Ballard and I am one of the instructors that will be teaching this class. I have been a technical instructor for a little over 10 years at various technology companies. I am happy to help with any LMCI related questions throughout the course and I’ll do my best to help out with anything LMCI related afterward. I look forward to working with you all. Re: Introduce Yourself! Greetings all. I’m fairly new to LogicMonitor as a Technical Trainer. I’m hoping I will get to know many of you over the next few years. I live in the Salt Lake City, Utah area and in my spare time I enjoy the many outdoor activities in the area. My wife and I try to get outdoors as much as we can. In addition, I’m an avid follower of Australian Rules Football (AFL), having lived there in the past and was indoctrinated into the sport back at the Ansett Cup of 2000. I am an international member of two senior AFL clubs and have been for 19 years now. I have even played the sport when living in Denver, Colorado and building a fledgling USAFL team (unfortunately now defunct). Here in Salt Lake, we unfortunately don’t have a USAFL team to follow, but do have Major League Rugby’s Utah Warriors. My wife and I are both members of the Warriors Ohana supporters group and try to get to as many games as we can, frequently hosting tail gating in the parking lot with our Sprinter camper van. Before I rattle on too much, I’ll stopat this point.I look forward to meeting and working with you all. Barry
