Here’s how to use and navigate your new experience:
Step one, just click to join the Customer Onboarding Group. You can browse and search all of the most important information for you, as a new customer. Start with our Welcome Guide, it will help direct you to onboarding requirements, training & certifications, security best practices & technical support as well as product updates and release notes.
Be sure to check out the 5 Key Milestones for Onboarding as you move through your setup process. If you get stuck along the way, don’t hesitate to engage with your Professional Services team, Customer Success Manager or Technical Support.
