DataSource: "Stuck Print Jobs-" urgent fix needed

A customer has servers with 3000+ print queues. "Stuck Print Jobs-" took out all the print servers (so 3000+ print queues were taken down, causing a HUGE company-wide P1).

Because WMI (WQL) does not support paging, I strongly suggest re-designing this DataSource to use perf data e.g.

SELECT Name, Jobs, JobErrors FROM Win32_PerfFormattedData_Spooler_PrintQueue
