EventSource - Syslog - Ability to set the alert severity?? When will that be possible? | Feature Requests

Hello, This is something that's allowed in Windows Event, Traps, etc... Why can't we define the Alert Severity for Syslog Event Sources? This should be a possibility because a syslog message might come as Warning but, it's critical to us (we should be able to specify those should alarm as Error/Critical). Is this on the pipeline? Can it be brought to developers? Thanks!
