Monitoring Profiles
The ability to create different templates for monitored devices.
Just that simple.
This is a critical component for MSP\'s as we all have different customer profiles, that need various types of monitoring. Monitoring profiles will allow for us to deploy and meet our SLA\'s in a much easier fashion with LM.

·11 years agoDale, can you expand on this concept? I am a vertical-market MSP and I am not sure how the LogicMonitor deployment could be easier. In our install, we control the profiles through very specific use of the Active Discovery configuration. This allows us to apply settings based upon the system name, dynamic group membership, services on that machine, etc.rnMaybe we can come up with a solution for you!
