ProfessorI work for a national MSP. We utilize LogicMonitor both internally and for our clients. I manage the team and own all the internal infrastructure for our MS side along with the tools we utilize to keep that side of the company afloat.
I come from a manufacturing IT background, so I am used to supporting things twice my age and making them talk to things brand new.
As for the personal side of life, I mainly hang out with my family, play video games and just enjoy life.
