26 days agoI would suggest going thru the LM WMI troubleshooting guide at https://www.logicmonitor.com/support/monitoring/os-virtualization/troubleshooting-wmi . Try using WMI outside of LM, both locally on the server you are trying to monitor and from the server that is running the collector software. Note any firewalls or internal routing that might be interfering between the Collector server and the other Windows server.

this issue got fixed after I use service ID to run LM service on collector servers, no sure why
