SQL Server Connection Status critical

I added SQL server to Logic Monitor. All properties are correct. I have SQL Server Connection Status critical error: Database connection returned an error of 1.0 on ...... Value 1 : General/Unknown ...

Mike_Monizdo you know what this error means? I did RDP into Collector server, opened SSMS and tried to connect to that server that has SQL Server Connection Status critical alert:

    I'm not really a SQL guy. It sounds like it wasn't able to talk with the SQL server. Like if remote management is disabled, or Windows firewall blocked it, or your internal networking isn't routing it, or the management port is not enabled, etc.
