SaaS Monitoring can be enabled either with Pro or Enterprise license. So, yes SFDC monitoring is available both under Pro and Enterprise packages.

This is an option in the new cloud exchange. If you don't see "Cloud Integrations" when you go to the exchange, reach out to your CSM.

License: Does anyone success to monitor something with Pro License? (not the Enterprise License with API)

Option: Does anyone success to monitor something with Event Management Analytics option?

Option: Does anyone has ever monitor data volume or records of SFDC?
