Plugin update for LogicMonitor to ServiceNow Integration

    @RickRod I have confirmed that we are planning to test LogicMonitor applications for Washington DC in the next development cycle. Any plans to release the applications would be after testing. As of now, we haven't yet certified the apps for the SNOW Washington DC release. 

    From what I gather, the SNOW Washington DC version, is early access and is not scheduled to be fully released until Q2 this year. Keep in mind that the Early Access version may not be technically supported by most vendors.

From what I gather, the SNOW Washington DC version, is early access and is not scheduled to be fully released until Q2 this year. Keep in mind that the Early Access version may not be technically supported by most vendors.
