Pinging from collector to target server

Hi Team ,
I was trying to onboard 1 server and i was getting WMI 135 blocked error , windows team said all is ok from their side and they indicated issue lies at network side may be firewall rules needs to be allowed at the same time they asked us to check whether we can ping that target server from the collector or not , while pinging i was getting request timed out .

then network team troubleshooted the issue and now the server is onboarded to LogicMonitor and its reporting data to LM . but still when i try to ping the target server from collector it throws same message as request timed out , i don't understand why , any justification will be appreciated .
