Passing LM alert notes data to ServiceNow

Hi Everyone,

I’m looking for a way to pass LM alert notes data to ServiceNow incidents’ description field via ServiceNow integration. Currently, data added to alert notes creates an entry in work note field in ServiceNow. The general idea of this is to have the output of the script, triggered by alert via external alerting, added next to the main alert message. I’m not able to find a token for alert notes or any other way to pass the data.
