Microsoft 365 Email Usage Monitoring

I'm trying to set up Microsoft 365 Email Usage Monitoring through Logic Monitor. I need to get alerts when the inbox is full or reaches a certain threshold (ex. 90%). The help guides direct me to go to Resources → Add → Cloud Account → Office 365 (or Microsoft 365 SaaS) . But I'm not able to find such options. Anyone with previous experience with setting up this kind of requirement, appreciate your help.

    Hi,
    It's either you don't have the permission to add cloud account in your portal hence you can't see it. Contact your organisation's LM portal administrator.

    Or adding cloud account in portal is not enabled for your organisation. Contact your CSM (Customer Success Manager).
