Lots of collectors down. LM having issues?

Why can't we edit posts or replied after we make them?  That's so stupid.

Anyway,  it looks like LM pushed out v39 for the collectors.  Most of our devices are on 39, but the down ones all show 38.  We're guessing that something didn't work right during the update so they haven't been able to check back in.  I supplied logs and we might just have to reinstall or something....
