LM Uptime - Anyone know how to use it?

We were told months ago that Websites were going to be moving  into the Resources section.  I now see this new "LM Uptime" thing was released and it seems like this is what's replacing websites.  How...

According to https://www.logicmonitor.com/blog/announcing-lm-uptime, the screenshot looks like you add it as you would a device via the "+" button. The page also mentions "LM Uptime is included in LogicMonitor Advanced and Signature platform packages, and also available as a standalone product." So looks like (yet another) paid add-on.
