Is there a way to pause resource checks in Logic Monitor other than SDT?

    Right, time based thresholds is how to do this.

You can disable alerting on certain devices and re-enable it either manually or through API. 

Or you use Alert Tuning for the host status on certain devices and configure the “time of day” for the alerting.
