Sure, you could arrange it, probably easiest via a VPN tunnel with a collector on your end of the tunnel.  That said, you would have to be more cautious about enabling certain features to avoid overloading that link (e.g., Netflow export, logging export, etc.).  You might be required to translate your collector IP(s) into the remote network, but that sort of thing varies based on the organization.  If you translate via SNAT, then you would not be able to send data to the collector from the monitored network.
