I have had some really long wait times but also some really short times (only a few minutes). I tend to give up if I have to wait more than 10 minutes or so. I do now tend to ask the chat bot just to raise a support ticket, rather than wait in a queue to chat with support. At least then I can put in some proper descriptive information, upload screenshots, files, etc. It's such a pain handling a support conversation in the tiny little chat window.
The chat bot does seem to be become more insistent on transferring me to the queue for a support person, rather than just accepting my request to create a support ticket. It used to do that immediately if I said "create a support ticket".
I would really like the option in the support UI to get create a ticket rather than have to plead with the chat bot to do it for me.
That's interesting because I'd noticed that behavior change in the past month. I've repeatedly requested a simple web form to raise a ticket and have heard varying promises.
