Fortigate HTTPS Remote Session Failing to Complete connection

We have an issue within every customer environment we have FortiGates in where the https remote session doesnt work, SSH works fine. We hit the login page for the fortigate, login, but then when it tries to redirect we are just left with a blank page, e.g. this is one in our lab, firewall between collector and fw but rule is allow full access to this device:

Chrome errors whenever accessing a fortigate device, do not get this when accessing a Palo:

Has anyone else run into this problem? We have no issues with any other tech, e.g. Palo Alto, Cisco, Windows, etc. SSH to the FortiGates works fine.
