I currently have an active case regarding this matter. However, since it involves a Custom Datasource, the support team has informed me that they are unable to troubleshoot the script. Instead, they recommend having the resource send SNMP traps to the LogicMonitor portal upon events, which can then be ingested as alerts.
I've invested significant time into this project, and finally, I'm seeing the output. However, the only problem is that it's not triggering alerts. If you assist me in resolving this, it would greatly benefit us.
