I've asked for this to be changed as well, it happens to me mostly when in the resource tree and I'm managing a resource but also in managing dashboard widgets. Sometimes there are distractions around me and I don't remember if I've actually changed anything or not - only showing this prompt when I've actually made some changes would be very helpful
