Disable active discovery

Is that even an option? Without editing thousands of DataSources? It kinda goes against how it's meant to work although I fully understand wanting to control how automatic LM is. I think you would be swimming against the tide if you try to fight against LM's automatic nature.

Has this been brought up as a concern because of interface checks on network equipment like switches? That might be easier to deal with than something more global. LM defaults to only adding ports when they first get used.
