Custom Alert Routing Suggestion

In the new UI I really appreciate the ability to set custom Static Threshold or Dynamic Thresholds on a DataSource along with Time based alerting right on the page of the alert.  This is a useful fea...

Yes, it would just be easier to be able to do that work in the interface when I am changing alert rules in the new UI

While I am a fan of more and better ways to handle Alert Rules and their escalation chains, I see this in the light of Custom Thresholds. Attempting to manage reporting on Custom Thresholds is enough of a pain, I wouldn't want to sift through a csv to be able to quickly and easily identify where these are randomly set.
