ProfessorThe issue here is, this completely bypasses the Alert Rules configuration, which is where you would handle this. You would create a specific Alert Rule that targets that datasource, directing it to a specific escalation chain, which then controls which custom integration it hits.

ProfessorWhile I am a fan of more and better ways to handle Alert Rules and their escalation chains, I see this in the light of Custom Thresholds. Attempting to manage reporting on Custom Thresholds is enough of a pain, I wouldn't want to sift through a csv to be able to quickly and easily identify where these are randomly set.
