Collector Debug - removed?

I'm in a v208 portal and Collector Debug seems to have been entirely removed from UIv3 (and isn't available in UIv4).

Please tell me that this valuable feature hasn't been removed.

    To answer my own question, Collector Debug is disabled in new portals.  It (along with other security-sensitive capabilities) can be enabled in:

    https://XXX.logicmonitor.com/santaba/uiv4/settings/security-report
