Change Restrict SSO back to default

We enabled restrict login to SSO and now want to change this configuration setting back but can't see the option to now. After making this change we are prompted every time to use SSO (which makes sense) but even as admin the screen where this setting was has changed to the attached screenshot where no options exist..

    In order to modify the SSO settings, you have to log on with a non-SSO account. Even when you restrict login to SSO, the main administrator account remains active and available to log in. If you need help logging in with this account, I recommend you reach out to support.
