3) Your alerts contain the custom properties. This is the last part of the problem. Changing your scripts will do nothing to make this happen. The scripts only impact #1 and #2. Having #1 and #2 working properly will then make the data available for your alert message.
1) The instances are created but contains only one datapoint as only one was defined.
2) The data appears when testing the Active Discovery script , YES. I see the "daystoexpire" "timestamp and value" ONLY in the raw data.
