All my collectors are going down every 24 hours.

Good afternoon,
We're experiencing the exact same issue. Some of our collectors are running without any problems, but others consistently go 'down' for a few minutes every 24 hours. Have you been able to narrow down the cause? I currently have an open ticket with support, but I'm still waiting to hear back.
