Kelemvor​ were you able to solve this ? We are facing the exact same issue. Every day or two our collector is going down for around 10 mins during credential rotation !

We thin we've narrowed it down to our Halcyon program that we use for anti malware/ransomware.  When we disable that, the problem seems to go away.  Do you use that by chance?  We're still waiting on them to figure out how to add an exemption or something.
