Numbers wrong in Account Information?

If you look at Account Information in uiv3 the number of Resource Groups is a static number with no limit.. If i swap that to uiv4 it shows the same number but / 0 and says Limit Exceeded. Looks lik...

I get there being a limit. But where did it come from? If there's a support doc, link it from that page (I mean, if you're already redesigning the page).
