Product ManagerSDT icon only shows on instances where there is an alert. I have a device which is in SDT. It has several alerts. However, the resource tree only shows the SDT icon on members of the tree where it or its children currently have open alerts:
I can see why someone might want this, because the alternative is an SDT icon on every member of the tree. However, the current display gives the impression that only certain instances under the device are in SDT.
Please give us a toggle so we can change this setting to the way we prefer.
User level setting can override portal level setting:
Display SDT icon on:
[ ] items with active alerts
[ ] all items in active SDT
