User "created on" - Please provide this feature in the UI and via the API/SDK

We show that there is a created_on entry for the API id/keys created for an account, but not one for the account itself.  Much like "Created by" is useful for auditing, admin/user "Created on" is useful for auditing.  Please add this functionality so we don't have to cross reference usernames with "Add a new account" entries in the Audit Logs to determine when they were created.
