Report on Alert Rules and Escalation Chains.

I inherited a LogicMonitor  instance and it has a lot of alert rules and escalation chains. Its a mess. 
I would love a report that would show me which alert rules have never been hit or maybe a # matches in the last 90 days. 
Same for escalation chains, what escalation chains are NOT assigned to any alert rules. 

This may help me clean up the environment a bit.
