Well, all of it is important to make as the feature request as the product team will need to understand the use cases so they don't build something that can't eventually serve all the use cases. They probably would make the tab standalone as a first step, but they need to understand why it should be broken out as an individual tab before they go to the work rebuilding something that they might consider as existing functionality.
The more important thing, now that we've qualified the request a bit more, is to find out how many customers want this feature. Prioritization happens based on the number of customers.
