Need to be able to set Website settings at the Group level

I need to change the external checkpoints for all the website I have in a certain group/folder.  That group has multiple levels of subgroups and dozens of websites.  The only way I can see to change ...

I hate to be that guy, but LogicMonitor, over 5 years ago, brought up they were moving Websites into Resources, which would allow for this kind of control. It has been 5 years and we have yet to really see or hear of an update to that statement.
