Microsoft Teams
We recently moved from Slack to Microsoft Teams. I would like to get our alert integration working. Does anyone have a writeup of doing this?

Early 2022 has come and gone. Any update on integrating LogicMonitor with Microsoft Teams?

Kerry_DeVilbiss​ Old Topic, New Company... Working on my integration using the "official" LM/Teams workflow integration. I don't find where I can alter the JSON to customize the dynamic cards in Teams to our workflow needs. I assume this is generated on the LM side of the fence?

The only way I was able to do this was using the Teams Workflow. It gets rather messy and really wasn't worth it in the end. Note, the dynamic card will allow you to acknowledge. But, will not allow you to add a note to the acknowledgement.

ACK breaks our workflow and I turn off access to it everywhere I can. I even have a dashboard of shame that identifies folks to re-train not to ACK things.
