Include user ID in "Add a new account" audit log entry

Please include the user ID within the audit logs when a new account is created.  This will allow for easier integration and correlation with our security and automation tools.

Example Audit Log entry today -   Add a new account example.user (ExampleRole)
What we'd like to see (something like this)  -   Add a new account example.user(userID) - Role: ExampleRole
