Include additional S3 Tiers in data source and graphs

The default current AWS_S3 data source (version 1.1) only collects the S3 Standard tier. It would be helpful to have it gather stats for the other tiers as well, as cold/infrequent access data is not displayed at all.

This caused some alarm about 100TB of "missing" data that was actually stored in Infrequent Access.
