Cycle Alerting when SDT is set

Having the option to Cycle Alerting (disable and enable alerting on a checkbox) when SDT is set. The reason for this is so the incidents are closed and so that anyone with SDT permission can do it. Please :)

    Need to ensure they cant just disable alerts so must be a cycle from enabled to disabled back to enabled.
