Customize the 2FA Messages to Users

When a dormant user is removed, a rather alarming message is sent to the user. This causes alarm and users end up reporting it as a account breach.  Can you please make it possible fo us to customize this message like we can for new users.

This is the current message, which does seem a bit alarmist:

Hi XXXX,

This is a reminder that 2 factor authentication was just disabled for your LogicMonitor account. From now on, you'll only need your username and password to sign in.

If you did not make this change please contact us at support@logicmonitor.com immediately.
