Audit Log Report of Changed Settings

I would like a report of all setting changes for the past x days. 
Changes like host added, Alerting disabled, etc...

Our SOC team is asking for such a report. 
The audit log is a bit noisy to go through manually.

    A quick browser debug shows this has an undocumented REST endpoint of setting/accesslogs -- should be able to use the API to collect and report the results.  As always, LM may change undocumented endpoints any time :).

    There's a built in report report "Audit Log Report" for this. AFAIK, the same search criteria you can use on the audit log page can be used in that report.
