I would love to see the alert rule "level" drop down option switched to a check box style. 99% of the rules I create are for errors and criticals only, and not warning. So instead of having one alert rule, I now need two for every escalation chain.
ProfessorAlso, cloning (though this change would reduce the need somewhat). Also, automatic rule priorities and drag/drop and move before/after/top/bottom to manipulate. Alert rule groups so MSP clients can be allowed to see their rules would also be nice.
Just chiming in to say this is a highly desired feature, even 4 years later. I'm running into some limitations with my custom alerting integration and this would be the most simple solution to fix it.
