Yeah I know what it all means, but can we make the Escalation Chain column sortable so i can float "None" to the top.

I use the API for this, find any with "escalatingChainId": 0

It would be great if the collectors in that "No escalation chain has been specified..." list was a clickable element that let you go directly to the collector and manage it.

Agree that the escalation chain column should be sortable in the UI. I don't know why this isn't the default for every column.
