Using ConfigSource

We are attempting to test out using ConfigSources and I cannot see it listed under LogicModules. Do we have to enable it somehow?

Currently it is:
  

LogicModules
DataSources
EventSources
PropertySources
JobMonitors
AppliesTo Functions
SNMP SysOID Maps
