Uptime graphs on Remote Ping

Hi,

I use the ping.hosts option quite a bit. Firstly it would be great to develop this a little so it had it\'s own gui to add hosts and descriptions. Secondly could you please add an uptime graph like the host uptime one? It would be really useful to see % of uptime on pings.

  • Hey there @Kris Wolton, I revamped the Windows Remote Ping datasource, I think you'll like it.

It doesn't have it's own GUI for adding hosts, but you can utilize the "Add Monitored Instance" option from the "Manage" dropdown on any Windows device to add a host to ping.

The datasource isn't in core yet, but you can download it from the Exchange with this locater: ZPTALA

It doesn't have an uptime graph as I wasn't exactly sure what you meant. Did you want to see the time since the device last didn't respond to ping?

By default, it will send 10 pings. You can set a host prop, ping.count on your device to override this if you want.

  • Also including a screenshot of the dialog so you can see what to add where:
