UI - Add device ID neeed for REST API to device UI page

To make developing against the REST API easier and more productive, please add the device ID to the device Info tab.

    We agree that making IDs (for devices, instances, etc.) more accessible in the UI would make developing against the REST API easier, and are working on the best way to do that.
