Time zone based Alert escalation


Isn't it a good idea to have Time zone based alert escalation? We work round the cloud on On-Call based support.  India team in our day time, EU on their time and US on theirs. So, with current configuration Escalation can time interval based common to entire group but not time zone based. Consider, If i am part of mail distro. Getting a call @ midnight for some critical work when am not oncall or in mid of party or something is really annoying. Can we have this feature enabled in LM which really helps for the resources who work 24/7 from different geographical reasons.
