TCP Syslog?

is there any chance to have syslog on collector using also a TCP port?

Sadly, syslog doesn't really work, at least not for Cisco devices 
. +1 for having it work AND do so with both UDP and TCP. That said, until there is a basic counting/correlation function, it won't really help too much. We ended up deploying SumoLogic to deal with network device logs.
