Split Forced SSO based on IP

In the MSP space it would be useful to be able to force SSO partially based on IP Address (ex. from our Office, their home office, etc.) where we could maintain a list of addresses that have opted into forced SSO. Without preventing our clients (historically with read-only access) from logging in with local accounts. 

This would save our guys a few clicks each day and I think that could add up across all of LMs customers.
