Singal alert for all collectors down

We would like to get a single notification when LogicMonitor is unable to communicate with all collectors at the same time.  This would indicate a possible system wide issue from an external source.  That would be of high value to to us to know.

    Yes, I agree - last night we had many false host down alerts because the collectors were unable to contact LogicMonitor.  If that happens again, there should be an alert at the Collector indicating that connectivity problem, and some way to prevent false alerts from being created.
